The print collection contains several thousand diverse documentary holdings from the mid-19th century to the present day. The collection contains copies of old newspapers, newspapers printed during the Second World War, brochures, posters, proclamations and leaflets.

Koprive (The Nettles), a comical-satirical magazine, published in Zagreb from 1906 to 1939; belongs to the most famous magazines. Many excellent caricaturists published their caricatures in them: Branimir Petrović, Pjer Križanic, Slavko Vereš, Ivo Tijardović and many others. The museum holds all the copies printed from 1st June to 6th December 1919. In some issues, a dozen caricatures of renowned illustrators and satirical texts were published, which clearly depict the time and state of mind in Rijeka.

Liburnia, the journal of the Rijeka Mountaineering Society, was published in Rijeka every two months from 1902 to 1915, to continue in Trieste from 1920 to 1930. In addition to articles dealing with mountaineering issues, historical texts and reviews of historical publications were also published. The museum holds 21 issues of Liburnia from between 1908 and 1928.

Magazine L’Illustrazione Italiana, printed in Milan, is represented in the Museum by seven issues from 1919. Each issue has a special section A Fiume liberata in which photos and texts about D’Annunzio’s entry into Rijeka are published.
